Size Parade

About and sources

Free height and size tools, with every number traced to a source.

What this site is

Free tools to see heights and sizes side by side, drawn to scale, plus size charts that follow published standards. No sign-up, no paywall, and nothing you type is sent anywhere.

How we handle numbers

  • Every height, length and size on the site comes from a named source, listed on the page where it appears.
  • Where sources disagree (animal lengths often do), we show the range and say so.
  • Size charts only cover things with a published standard or a named guideline. We do not publish clothing letter sizes or brand charts, because every brand sizes differently.
  • Celebrity heights are shown as reported heights with the source linked, and only where the source is an official one (leagues, governments, Olympic records) or a cited Wikidata statement. Fictional characters use the figure their official publisher gives.

The drawings

People and generic shapes are drawn by us; animal, landmark and vehicle silhouettes come from free libraries credited below. Every figure is to scale on the measured dimension (height for people and towers, length for whales, ships and planes); the other proportions are approximate.
